USA vs China Cyber War

Have anyone of you guys heard of a phrase called "War Without Warfare"? Since the millennium, it's been told that there have been numerous occasions where China has invaded( aka hacked) USA's security system. It has been told by U.S governement that for past 10 years, Chinas has put a great effort into the advancement in computer network technology, in order to strengthen the country's military power.  However, Chinese government has denied it and told that it was mainly for the purpose of national defence. Furthermore, Chinese military has been accused of finding a way to intercept U.S. civilian and government networks and intercepting US satellites, such as Terra AM-1 earth observation satellite.

Although, Chinese government officials have denied of doing so and it is not fair just listening to U.S. government, but it is certain that "Cyber War"  is going on and I'm afraid that it's going to get worse. It's also been told that, countries such as, Russia, Japan, Cuba, and Iran also have a great ability to hack/invade other networks, especially U.S government.

Not only these hackers will invade government's/military secrets, but they will also secretly steal an industry's technology, and even attacking civilians. If this cyber war gets worse, then many of companies/industries will be greatly hurt by these hackers trying to steal their technology and badly affect company's growth. Due to an increase incidents in cyber attacks, I'm afraid that Canada will also be effected by these hackers and even on individual basis, where it's possible that even our privacy can be stolen by those hackers. Lastly, I want you guys to read this article (http://arstechnica.com/business/news/2012/02/google-pledges-1-million-in-cash-to-hackers-who-exploit-chrome.ars). Just recently, Google has offered 1 million dollars to hackers who can exploit their Chrome system. I honestly think Google is underestimating these hackers and I'm afraid that it won't take very long till these notorious hackers put Google into such a shame.
